Dr. Manzer H. Siddiqui is Associate Professor, Department of Botany & Microbiology, King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received B.Sc. (1997), M.Sc. (2000) and Ph.D. (2005) degrees in Botany from the Aligarh Muslim University. Dr. Siddiqui then joined as a Young Scientist (DST) in the AMU. He has received awards, fellowships and research grants including the National Plan for Sciences and Technology (NPST). His research focuses on crop production with special emphasis on the
